These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of accommodation services offered by Niki Energy Partners IKE, operating boutique serviced apartments in Athens, Greece.
By making a reservation through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
2.3 Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
2.4 A booking is confirmed only after payment authorization is successfully completed.
We reserve the right to cancel unpaid or partially paid reservations.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
3.2 Prices include applicable VAT and local taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected at booking.
4.2 Refundable bookings may be cancelled within the specified cancellation window.
4.3 Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
4.4 Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 11:00
Check-out: Until 15:00
Guests must provide valid identification prior to arrival.
Access instructions (including entry codes) are provided before check-in.

We may require a refundable security deposit.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for damages.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or utility failures.
10. Limitation of Liability
Niki Energy Partners IKE shall not be liable for:
